Services
Copperflow Plumbing provides plumbing, gas fitting, drainage, roofing, guttering, maintenance, and related services. All services are carried out in accordance with applicable Australian Standards, building codes, and Queensland regulations.

Quotes and Estimates

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Quotes are based on visible and accessible conditions at the time of inspection.
• Any additional work required due to concealed issues, site conditions, or variations will be charged separately and discussed with you where possible.

Variations
If additional work is required beyond the agreed scope, this will be treated as a variation and may incur additional charges for labour, materials, and time.

Pricing and Payment

  4. Pre-existing defects

Damage and Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden services, or materials beyond their service life.
• Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

Cancellations

• We request reasonable notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or missed appointments may incur a call-out or cancellation fee.

Photographs and Records
We may take photographs of work before, during, and after completion for:

• Job records
• Compliance
• Warranty purposes

Photos will not be used for marketing without consent.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, documents, quotes, and invoices (including logos and branding) remains the property of Copperflow Plumbing and must not be copied or reused without permission.

Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, submit false enquiries, or attempt unauthorised access to systems or data.
